How do I place my order?

How long will the invitations take?
Production time is approximately 3 weeks from a final signed off proof. We suggest getting started about 2 months before you’d like to mail your invitations. Earlier is generally better.

Can you accommodate rush orders?
At times, we may be able to accommodate rush orders for invitations. Rush orders will include an additional fee and the customer is responsible for all express delivery charges.

When should I mail my invitations?
You typically want to mail your invitations 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. If you’re having a destination wedding we recommend mailing them 10-12 weeks before your wedding date.

Can I get samples?
Because our designs are custom and one-of-a-kind we usually only produce a few extra but it doesn't hurt to ask. If we have any we will gladly send them your way (we do ask that you send them back after you have made a decision).

Do you accommodate out of state orders?
Yes, we do a lot of work for clients outside of Illinois.

Do you offer addressing/calligraphy?
Yes, we offer printed addressing and calligraphy.

Do you offer programs, menus and placecards to coordinate with my invitations?
Yes, we can design any piece you might need for your wedding.

How do I submit photos for invitations, thank you cards or birth announcements?
You can email your digital photos to info@tuttlecreative.com or mail them to Tuttle Creative, 3300 W. Irving Park Road, Ste K5, Chicago, IL 60618. If you are mailing your photographs please be sure to include heavy cardboard in the envelopes to prevent them from bending.

If I am submitting digital photos, what dpi do they need to be?
Your photographs should be at least 300dpi at the size we’ll be using them. If you’re using a digital camera just be sure it’s set to the highest quality the camera will allow and we’ll do the rest.

What is your Refund Policy?
Please understand that you are ordering a custom product. No refunds will be given for invitation sets and personalized wedding identity after the approval stage in the order process. You may, however, for any reason, cancel your order BEFORE you approve your proofs. If you choose to cancel your order BEFORE your proofs are approved, we will issue a refund in the amount of your initial payment less a $50.00 processing fee.

When will your Holiday Cards be available for Purchase?
Every year around November 1st we will send out a Newsletter with all the details. Make sure you have signed up under News and Specials!
